Do you remember your first day of school or how about your first day of work? How did you feel? You were probably excited to begin a new adventure but you also had thoughts of “What do I do or how do I get started?” These types of thoughts are very natural because any new venture requires a beginning point which begins a learning curve which you need to master to be proficient at learning the ropes of learning at school or mastering your new job. Sometimes in Network Marketing Arena you get a Frustrated Network Marketer–Welcome Aboard, Oh And By The Way… your on your own.
What happens when you begin a new venture, one you have never done before, and your left on your own to figure how to get it going and then make it grow big enough to make an income you can live with? In the network marketing arena it generally means you end up floundering around and eventually fail. While in the floundering stage you begin to try anything to make it work, usually buying leads and trying to talk to people in the hopes of trying to grow your business. As time goes on you find your credit cards maxed out and sometimes to the point of remortgaging your property to survive. In the very end you find yourself broke still without a chance of success because you don’t have the skills or knowledge to run your business successfully.
Any sponsor who does this to a new business partner is usually interested in the bonus money they get from sponsoring into the business. They need to be ashamed of themselves and held accountable for their actions. A good sponsor will spend time with their new business partner and teach them about the business, products and pass on any skills that are needed to be successful. If the sponsor lacks some of the skills then they need to be able to point their new business partner to the person who can provide the skills needed. As a sponsor you don’t need to know everything but you do need to know where to point your new business partner so they can learn the skills they need to know.
If you are looking for a business opportunity then it is in your best interest to look at the sponsor and see what type of practices they have when they sponsor. Do they just sponsor and leave you on your own or do they train and help you get on the road to success. Make sure you look at your sponsor otherwise you may find yourself floundering and failing without a chance of becoming successful.
When my wife and I sponsor a new business partner into our business we take the time to train and teach the skills they need to be on the road to success. The second step is to introduce them to the rest of the team and upline teams to create that team atmosphere so the new business partner has someone else to help them if we are already engaged or not available at the time. It is important to us as sponsors to make sure the new business partner begins on the right path from the beginning. As the new business partner it is your responsibility to keep in touch, ask questions and keep yourself motivated because after all motivation comes from within. How bad do you want to become successful and live the dream you have? Frustrated Network Marketer–Welcome Aboard, Oh And By The Way…
