In years past marketers were confined to working their opportunity in their own towns; perhaps with the chance of going to another state to give a business presentation. Which for many created more hardship on finances due to the extra travel expenses.

Let’s just face facts, most people get into network marketing to MAKE some extra money to help get out of debt, put children through college or to help put a new roof on the church. No one signed up to create extra debt.

So the question above, “can you make a get out of debt plan for your future?” can be answered…absolutely you can. Network marketing has become a “Plan B” for many people.

You do have a choice, you can make a plan to get out of debt in 3 to 5 years by becoming a professional network marketer  and receive a check at the end of the month  for   referring and promoting which you are already doing. Why not pick up your check?

Would the decision to get paid be a  better option?  Yes? Why?

Because making the decision to get out of debt  is much better than being like most people who remain in debt, recommend and promote their favotire things but never pick up their check.

The number one reason why people quit a network marketing work from home company is because of the HUGE rejection they endure when attempting to build a business with little to no “skills”. Having been in and out of direct sales and the network marketing industry for over 30 years myself; with most of my success coming from direct sales and failing miserably each time I tried to learn how to succeed as a network marketer,  I can tell you I was not having any fun. HOWEVER, that all changed when my husband and we began learning “skills” for success in the network marketing industry.   Once we learned some simple “skills”, we noticed that we are having a lot more fun, for the very first time, in our network marketing business. If You Are Not Having Fun Building Your MLM Business Then You Are Lacking Skills.

The first skill that we learned was knowing what to say and what to do with new prospects either online or offline.  We learned how to speak to them in a language that they could understand….personality color analysis. Talking with a prospect long enough to determine their color personality.  Once you know their personality color you can change your approach to mirror your prospect.  Some people do not like pushy, fast  talking salespeople….so if that pushy, fast talking salesperson would learn to speak in their prospects language…say the “blue” personality color, they would have more success in actually talking with this personality type telling them all about the “FUN” things going on with their opportunity.  Mirror the blue personality back with speaking excitedly…talk with the blues about anything and everything, they just love to talk and have FUN!

Not having these skills made  failures out of  our attempts for the first years that we spent network marketing simply because NO ONE taught us what to do or what to say, even though we asked for their help repeatedly. Once we learned the simple “skills” of Tom Big Al Schreiter, knowing what to say and what to do both offline and online my husband and I began to experience rejection-free success for the first time. We felt more self-confident in our business-building capabilities and are having way more  fun with our network marketing business then we ever did before.

This is the last of the six major fears and one that can consume your time and resources.  There is an outcome which we must all face and this is “death”. Which, for some, becomes an all consuming fear.  In Frustrated Networker–Ghosts Are Holding Me Back (Part 7) we take a look at this fear and some of the things to look for to determine if this ghost has already taken hold of you.

The beginning of this fear seems to have originated with many of the fanatical religious leaders of the past.  The human race has had the same questions for many many years and those are: “Where did we come from?”,  “Where are we going? (our purpose).  Since these questions came about there have been devious people who have capitalized and offered answers to these question at a price.  Out of these came many faiths who’s answers spoke of heaven for those who followed these so called religious leaders and an eternity of fire and torture for those who refused to follow.

To humans forever is a long time and to have to spend it in pain is the leader in developing the fear of death.  For those who have been consumed by this fear, life has been filled with an all consuming fear of the final outcome that has taken away joy and interest in life.

The fear of death is not as widespread as it once was due to the advances in science and knowledge.  It has no value to worry and fret over death because we cannot change the outcome, it will come to all.  The question is “Why worry over something which we cannot control?”.  It would be much more valuable to use this energy to live life to the fullest.

Napoleon Hill  states: “The basic truth about matter and energy that neither can be created or destroyed but merely transformed and then goes on to state that life is energy if it is anything.  Life cannot be destroyed but transformed and death is transition.  If death is not transition than it is nothing more than eternal peaceful sleep and sleep is nothing to fear.”

Symptom Of The Fear Of Death:

Thinking About Dying:

Using valuable time to worry about death and dying when the time could be spent living life to the fullest.  Often brought on by the lack of goals and a satisfying career.  This fear is more common amongst the aged but sometimes the youthful are struck as well.  The best cure is a burning desire to accomplish goals in life and serving others.  When one is busy, the mind becomes preoccupied with the service in hand and not on death or dying.  The fear of poverty can be intertwined with the fear of death when one begins to worry about loved ones that may be subject to poverty when left behind.

Very few individuals can really say that they totally understand their compensation plan. Compensation plans and math what total frustration this causes. As a network marketer would it not make sense to know how hard you have to work to make the income you hope to make in your company.  Did you know that there is a formula to determine just how hard you have to work, how many active people you will need to make a residual walk away income of, for example of $5000.00 a month.  Knowing that MLM companies often embellish their advertising campaigns will alleviate most of the frustration, but actually analysing your MLM compensation plan would be the best place to get started.
